Returns

Live Breaks:

If you would like to Cancel your order you will need to contact us immediately for us to do so.

We accept all Returns 24 Hours Prior to your Live Break. 

We do not accept Refunds when the Live Break has commenced.

Once your pack has been opened the sale will then be final and no refund/exchange can take place after this.

Shipping your Cards:

If you have paid for shipping and there is an issue with delivery we will then investigate this.

All Shipping Methods cover the order total not the value of single cards pulled.


When selecting a Shipping Method that has Order Cover:

We will make a claim on your order with the courier if your items are either lost or damaged.

We will refund you the cost of the sent items upon investigation but unfortunately we do not cover the current market value for your cards only what you paid for them. If you require a return please contact us via email: joeytykeshow@gmail.com

If we require the order back we will cover the shipping cost and send you a printable label.

Returning an order
Under Review If your item is damaged, lost or damaged we may require this to be sent back to us before issuing a refund.
